**Responsibilities:**

  • Install and configure dialer systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to dialer systems, including Asterisk and database errors.
  • Perform system maintenance and updates to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement dialer system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support to clients and end-users, resolving their queries and issues related to dialer systems.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Dialer Support Engineer or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Asterisk, Linux, CentOS, and databases such as SQL, MySQL, and MSSQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the CRM or Cloud Telephony industry is preferred.
