Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Adaptability to business needs, with the ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as required.
  • Customer-focused, with demonstrated experience in customer support and the ability to resolve learner inquiries professionally.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and tools.
  • Adaptable, with a flexible attitude and a positive approach to work.
  • Detail-oriented, with high attention to detail in written communication and problem-solving.
  • A team player, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to work across teams to provide exceptional learner support.
