We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team.

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while also taking ownership of our public-facing websites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in Webflow, with a focus on building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.

Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of professional, hands-on experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web or mobile applications).
  • An impressive portfolio that highlights your UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
