Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fashion Innovation Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing user experiences, with a strong understanding of UX design principles and AI-powered creativity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing user behavior and challenges to design mobile-first UX for fashion discovery, rapidly generating social media posts and ad creatives using AI tools, and collaborating with the founder and marketing lead on weekly releases and features.

We are looking for someone who is well-versed in UX design principles, has a strong portfolio of work, and can whip up engaging content using traditional and AI tools.


About the Role
  • Analyze user behavior and challenges to design intuitive, mobile-first UX for fashion discovery
  • Rapidly generate social media posts, reels, banners, and ad creatives using AI tools
  • Collaborate with the founder and marketing lead on weekly releases, features, and campaigns
  • Shape the brand identity across product and marketing

Requirements
  • Strong portfolio of UX and visual design work (include AI-generated or AI-enhanced examples if possible)
  • Deep familiarity UX design principles and tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe creative suite and ChatGPT
  • Visual Design & Rapid Prototyping Expertise
  • An eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling—especially in fashion or lifestyle
  • Bonus: experience working in early-stage startups or ecommerce
