As Creative Head , you will shape the visual, emotional, and cultural identity of our fashion brands.

Youll lead creative strategy, set product direction, and ensure all brand touch points express a consistent and compelling narrative.

Youll work closely with the design, marketing, and production teams to create drops that connect deeply with our community.

What You&aposll Do

- Set the creative vision for every collection & campaign
- Define the theme, aesthetic, mood-boards, and storytelling for each drop
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment
- Oversee product silhouettes, print direction, packaging, and photoshoots
- Approve final samples and visual assets
- Guide content and tone across website, social, and look books
- Drive consistency of brand across digital, retail, and community

Who You Are

- 36 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle creative roles
- Strong understanding of trend evolution, youth culture, and aesthetic positioning
- Visionary, structured, and capable of managing teams & timelines
- Hands-on with creative tools (Slides, Pinterest, Canva, etc.)
- Strong taste + ability to spot design inconsistencies instantly
- Bonus: Previous experience building brands or creative agencies

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Seasonal Concept Direction:

Set the overarching visual and narrative themes for every collection from moodboards to campaign storytelling.

Brand DNA Enforcement:

Ensure every product, creative asset, and communication channel reflects the brands values, tone, and visual identity.

Creative Briefs:

Provide direction to designers, stylists, photographers, and marketers for each drop and campaign.

Approvals & Curation:

Own the final call on silhouettes, prints, colorways, packaging, and visual assets before anything goes live.

Visual Consistency:

Maintain a seamless visual style across website, Instagram, product pages, lookbooks, and campaign media.

Trend Filtering:

Select which trends to adopt, evolve, or avoid based on the long-term aesthetic vision and positioning.

Creative Collaboration:

Work hand-in-hand with the design, content, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver cohesive drops that hit hard.
