Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation:Write engaging, high-quality content for product descriptions, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, with a focus on fashion and apparel.
- Editing & Proofreading:Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and brand alignment, ensuring it meets high editorial standards.
- SEO Optimization:Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate keywords and optimize content for search engines, enhancing online visibility.
- Brand Consistency:Ensure all content aligns with the companys brand voice, style guidelines, and target audience preferences, reflecting our fashion-forward identity.
- Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that supports campaign goals and resonates with fashion enthusiasts.
- Research:Conduct market and audience research to identify content trends and opportunities within the fashion industry.
- Content Calendar:Assist in maintaining and updating the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content, aligning with seasonal fashion trends and marketing initiatives.
- Fashion Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, industry news, and cultural shifts to incorporate relevant and timely content.

Skills & Qualifications

- Education:Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience:12 years in content writing and editing, preferably in a fashion or e-commerce setting.
- Writing Skills:Strong command of English grammar, storytelling, and the ability to write in different tones and styles, with a flair for fashion content.
- Editing Skills:Attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy and impact.
- SEO Knowledge:Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword integration, particularly within the fashion domain.
- Fashion Knowledge:In-depth understanding of fashion trends, industry terminology, and the ability to write authentically about fashion and apparel.
- Adaptability:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative Mindset:Passion for fashion and creativity to develop unique content ideas that captivate our audience.
- Tools:Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Google Docs, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
