Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end marketing and packaging procurement for our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Sourcing of Marketing Services:
    • Manage ATL & BTL channels, including TV, radio, cinema, digital video, print, outdoor advertising, in-store branding, events, retail activations, brand merchandising, influencer marketing, and sampling campaigns.
  • Marketing Agency Management:
    • Negotiate contracts with creative, media, and activation agencies.
    • Develop preferred vendor rosters for competitive pricing and service quality.
  • Digital Marketing Procurement:
    • Collaborate with digital teams to procure SEO/SEM, performance marketing, content creation, and digital production partners.
  • Print & Production Services:
    • Source vendors for marketing collaterals and photo/video production services.
  • Event & Activation Procurement:
    • Procure services for store launches, pop-up events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, and BTL activations.
  • Contracting & Compliance:
    • Oversight of contract lifecycle: drafting, legal vetting, renewals, and archival.
    • Ensure vendor compliance with brand guidelines, IP rights, data protection, and ethical procurement standards.
  • Packaging Procurement:
    • Lead procurement of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.
    • Align packaging specs with brand identity, functionality, and sustainability goals.
