About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and expectations to deliver quality results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, media) to manage timelines, feedback, and approvals.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, meeting notes, timelines, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of work.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to campaign and strategy development.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a branding/advertising/digital agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of branding, advertising, digital campaigns, and marketing processes.
