We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Our company is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on real estate sites. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing the design process, including reading drawings, commenting on consultant work, and value engineering to optimize designs from cost and safety perspectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. They should also have experience with AutoCAD drawings and Microsoft Project tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating design meetings and circulating meeting minutes
  • Tracking design deliverables and arranging meetings as needed
  • Planning and preparing MOMs, bar charts, manpower planning, and tracking various tools like S-curves and EV analysis
  • Reviewing tender documents and preparing query lists for clarification
  • Preparing procurement packages, commercial comparative reports, and recommendation reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10-12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-end residential, hotel, and commercial projects.

You should possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
