Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 18+ years of experience in construction management
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage large teams
About the Role:

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  2. Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
