AI and Machine Learning Architect

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled AI and Machine Learning architect who can design and develop scalable solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.

You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure that we deliver real outcomes. Think of it as a mix of hands-on coding, big-picture architecture, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and make sure we deliver real outcomes.
  • Lead projects end-to-end: planning, execution, deployment, and support.
  • Mentor and support engineers so they grow along with the team.
  • Bring a startup mindset: move fast, stay flexible, and take ownership.

Requirements:

  • 7–9 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions.
  • Strong skills in Python, system design, and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Someone who has worked in customer-facing or consulting roles and can explain tech in simple words.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • A problem-solver with a startup approach—adaptable, curious, and outcome-driven.
