Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Assembly Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves at our facility.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or production engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience and 2 years of experience as an assistant manager in a fabrication/machine tool building/equipment manufacturing company.

  • Manage the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.
  • Coordinate with design and quality control teams to ensure final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation meet expectations.
  • Evaluate and improve test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
  • Monitor and analyze throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance rates.
  • Lead a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers, fostering a culture of time and quality management.

  • A graduate degree in mechanical or production engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience, including 2 years as an assistant manager in a relevant field.
