Transformation Executive Search Specialist

Our boutique consulting firm specializes in business transformation, providing integrated services that include search & selection, assessment, and transition coaching for CXO level hiring.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit top-level executives through thorough research and sourcing.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidate suitability for executive roles.
- Administer psychometric assessments, interpret reports, and create summary reports for clients.
- Manage day-to-day tasks, including consulting with clients, providing timely updates, sharing reports, maintaining confidentiality, and overseeing the end-to-end search process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to appoint a Transition Coach, facilitate chemistry meetings, and oversee the transition coaching process.
For success in this role, you should possess:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques and assessing candidates.
- Excellent planning, follow-up, and execution skills.
- Exceptional client management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Prior experience in executive search is highly desirable.
