Senior Performance Marketer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketer to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that maximize ROI and minimize waste.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute campaign launches, monitor performance, and optimize for improved results.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in IT services or B2B technology.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, funnel optimization, go-to-market execution, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across creative, content, and sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing cloud, data analytics, AI, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or HubSpot.
