Job Title: Medical Strategic Manager

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of medical strategies for our business.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement medical strategies that support business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide scientific expertise to inform marketing plans, product positioning, and pricing decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other external stakeholders to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of medical strategies, including training and education programs for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, develop, and implement medical strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Provide scientific input to inform marketing plans, product positioning, and pricing decisions.
  3. Maintain relationships with KOLs and other external stakeholders to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of medical strategies.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a life science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful medical strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
