About the Role

The Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager will oversee store operations, manage performance, and ensure exceptional customer service in multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete store operations, ensuring optimal performance and teamwork within the store.
  • Maintain accurate reports to track progress and stay on top of sales trends.
  • E nsure optimal stock availability and adhere to established SOPs.
  • D eliver a balanced mix of products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Gather timely market intelligence and industry trends to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular team reviews and briefings.
  • E nsure efficient deliveries and maintain high standards during store audits.
  • H andle escalated issues promptly.
  • C reate a positive work environment.
  • S et a strong example for the team by demonstrating attention to detail and a deep understanding of the business.
  • P ossess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Lead a team of at least 10 members with prior experience in Premium Brand/Upmarket Segment Store/High End Retail or Cluster Manager in LF Retail chains.
  • Computer literate, with expertise in Excel reporting.
  • P ossess leadership skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • C onflict resolution and creative strategic thinking are essential.
  • A ble to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years

  • F airness in customer service.
  • C onfidence and professionalism.
  • F lexibility and adaptability in working hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Premium Brand/Upmarket Segment Store/High End Retail.
