Job Overview

This is a leadership position overseeing the planning, scheduling, coordination and delivery of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish project goals, timelines and performance metrics;
  • Coordinate contract management and site organization;
  • Review construction schedules and develop site infrastructure requirements;
  • Participate in 3D model reviews and constructability studies;
  • Coordinate engineering disciplines for budgeting, estimating and tendering;
  • Set up site offices and manage resource allocation and materials procurement;
  • Oversee billing and progress tracking, contractor bill processing and subcontract closeout;
  • Resolve technical and contractual site queries and manage documentation for claims/escalations;

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strategic communication, decision-making and technical expertise;
  • Expertise in coordinating cost, time and quality parameters; financial reporting; contractor relations and rate negotiation;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects and Primavera;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
