Job Opportunity:

US Federal Contracts Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for US federal government contracts.

  • Federal Contract Compliance: Review and ensure adherence to FAR and related requirements.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support: Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support: Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
