Senior Product Leader - Lending

Leverage your expertise in lending to drive business growth and customer satisfaction as a Senior Product Leader.

This senior leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end product management of lending products, encompassing origination, servicing, and collection management. As an ideal candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of the lending domain, including market trends, customer needs, and business landscapes.

The successful candidate will lead market research and analysis to inform product strategies, oversee the development, launch, and optimization of lending products, and collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic priorities.

A key aspect of this role is team management, including building, mentoring, and managing high-performing product management teams with lending subject matter experts. This involves setting performance goals, conducting regular evaluations, and providing feedback to team members.

In addition, the Senior Product Leader will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through direct interactions and collaboration with delivery teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and inspire teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Product Leadership: Define and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap for lending products
  • Market Research and Analysis: Lead market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business landscapes
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing product management teams
  • Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to internal and external stakeholders

You will also need:

  • Very strong lending domain expertise across origination, servicing, and collection management areas
  • Good understanding of multiple markets, Fintechs, regulatory requirements in different regions
  • Proven experience in developing/implementing lending products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
