Insurance Sales Executive Opportunity

  • The primary role is to develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with business objectives. Lead, motivate and train partners to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Set clear goals and monitor progress to meet agreed-upon sales targets for the partners.
  • Assist partners in generating and tracking leads, closing sales deals.
  • Help partners identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs analysis.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners to maintain a productive channel.
  • Collect regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction with the sales process and products.
  • Review partner sales plans and provide guidance for growth.

 The successful candidate will be part of Kotak Life Insurance's team and work from a Bank location.
