About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for translating complex AI-driven security features into intuitive and engaging experiences.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end design across mobile, web, and dashboards, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions of users.

  • Develop UX/UI designs for mobile, web, and dashboard applications
  • Simplify complex systems and flows for consumer and enterprise users
  • Translate AI/ML security features into human-centered interfaces
  • Define, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  • Design for B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators) use cases
  • Prototyping and testing concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS
  • Proven track record shipping both B2C products and B2B platforms
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems, such as dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery
  • Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive
  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar)
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices
