Senior UX Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead our product design efforts.

This role will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality design solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their expertise in interaction design principles, user-centered design processes, and visual design best practices.

  • Design and implement intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
  • Partner with the Product Team to ideate on product direction and translate user stories into UX solutions.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, development managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related field of study.
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code & basic development practices.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of professional experience with UX/UI design and highly interactive products and digital interfaces such as Web Applications, m-web, and native apps.
  • Experience in prototyping & visual design.
  • Hands-on experience in working with Design systems.

Skills:

  • Strong portfolio that details strong interaction, thought process and UX design skills.
  • Good knowledge in interaction design principles & user-centered design processes.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout and composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation and transitions.
  • Create detailed user flows while imagining movement and correlation between different components to create user delight.
  • Design thinking, creative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be open and attentive to the user's needs.
  • Must be able to communicate ideas & collaborate with the team members to achieve desired results.
  • Empathy for the end-user and provide the best usable solution.
  • Good English writing & speaking skills.
