Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive and visually stunning interfaces.
  • Champion design consistency and establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
