Job Role:

Seeking a seasoned business analyst to lead Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution implementation and optimization efforts. This key role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless quote-to-cash workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, and Finance teams to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with IT Architects to design scalable CPQ solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including quote-to-cash workflows and system architecture.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components, including product pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, and workflows.
  • Coordinate testing efforts to ensure high-quality results.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions to support business continuity.
  • E nsure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards to minimize risks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • More than 10 years of experience in systems analysis and implementation.
  • At least 5 years of working experience with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ is essential.
  • Advanced Salesforce administration skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development is an advantage.
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills are necessary for success.
