We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our organization as an Associate – Insurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a meticulous and streamlined administrative service/SSR with precision, while also managing data entry, cleansing, and quality control.
- Executing submission logging duties with accuracy, ensuring a seamless month-end close process.
- By meticulously managing policy data, implementing robust quality controls, and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Process daily transactions as per targets set by the process with attention to detail and effective workflow management.
- Exhibit adaptability and manage change effectively self and within the team proactively.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures at all times.
- Engage in organizational level activities and initiatives.
- Ensure timely reporting as required.
- Liaise with other departments as necessary for collaborative growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Accurate Data Entry: Understand customer requests and input accurate information into relevant systems.
- Ownership and Collaboration: Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.
- Effective Communication: Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
- Proactive Workflow Management: Proactively manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
- Computer Skills: Moderate to excellent computer skills, ability to work in MS Office systems.
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills, decision-making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in different shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.
Education and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Previous work experience in the insurance industry (not mandatory).
- Moderate to Excellent Computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.
