Job Overview

We are seeking a Calling Executive to make outbound calls, handle customer inquiries, and promote our products/services.

About the Role

  • Make telephone contact with potential and existing customers.
  • Explain product offerings to customers.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Follow-up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages if applicable).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate or 12th Pass candidates can apply.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
