Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Ensure timely and compliant enforcement efforts across marketplaces, domains, and social media.
• Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to guarantee a seamless transition, establish clear expectations, and develop brand protection strategies.
• Operational Execution: Deliver technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks effectively.
• Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation.
• Business Development: Partner with the CCO to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
• Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement operational enhancements to boost efficiency and impact.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Founder/Board Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations to guide decision-making and growth.
