Corporate Advisory Professional

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Advisory Professional to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will work closely with clients to provide expert guidance on commercial and corporate matters.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in general corporate advisory works and drafting commercial agreements such as vendor contracts, employment agreements, lease deeds, warrant agreements, and assignment agreements. You will also advise on legal and compliance issues relating to requirements under corporate and commercial laws, labour laws, statutory approvals, and filings. Additionally, you will issue legal opinions and memorandums on various issues relating to commercial and corporate laws across various sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must have a strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws, including labour laws and statutory regulations. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. A good knowledge of legal issues and staying up-to-date with developments in law is essential. Furthermore, you should have experience with RPA solutions, build .NET and SQL-based desktop applications, design and review PDD/SDD, create and review test cases, train new hires on RPA technologies, and have a strong concept of object-oriented programming and multi-threading programming concepts.
