About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Article Trainee to join our Corporate Advisory Team. The role offers hands-on exposure to U.S. tax compliance, financial reporting, legal-financial advisory, cross-border taxation and family office advisory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in U.S. tax filings and maintain supporting income calculations and reports.
  • Support family office functions by monitoring net worth, managing cash flows, and organizing financial data and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing valuation reports under Rule 11UA and for stamp duty purposes.
  • Support legal research, contract reviews, and cross-border structuring and family succession.
  • Help evaluate investment opportunities and tax-efficient structures.
  • Preparation and review of financial statements.
  • Miscellaneous advisory/research tasks to support seniors.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Cleared both groups of CA Intermediate in May 2025
  • Eligible to begin Articleship as per ICAI guidelines
  • Interest in gaining exposure to taxation and finance

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and regulatory frameworks
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and meet deadlines

Stipend:

  • INR 15,000 per month – 1st Year
  • INR 20,000 per month – 2nd Year
