Collaboration Systems Engineer Position">

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Collaboration Systems Engineer to join our team. This is a long-term contract position with a global technology leader, ranked as one of the best companies to work with.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled engineer to automate business processes, participate in technical design, and manage feature changes in collaboration applications. You will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms, working with internal and external partners to establish strong relationships with users.

  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.">
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.">
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.">
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.">
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.">
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.">
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.">
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.">
  • Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in technology support and administration of collaboration tools.">
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks, including Exchange Online and Teams.">
  • Experience with Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Web Services, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform, and other technologies.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.">
  • 4+ years of experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.">
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.">
  • Knowledge of other collaboration platforms for systems integration and automation support.">
