**Job Title : Senior Software Engineer Lead**

**Job Description :**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer or Lead to join our team at RECRUITING AND STAFFING. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in microservice development and technical support, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities :**

  • Provide technical support and contribute to microservice development using Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases on Microsoft Azure.
  • Adhere to standards and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Utilize ticketing tools such as Service Now for tracking and managing support requests.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to ensure 24/7 service delivery and support.

**Profile Description :**

Educational Background : Graduate or Post-graduate in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.

Experience : Minimum of 6+ years of experience in web application and microservice development.

**Technical Skills :**

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservice technologies.
  • Good database skills in MS SQL and MySQL.

**Tool Proficiency :** Experience with tools such as GIT, Sonar, JIRA, and Dynatrace for code management, quality analysis, and project tracking.

**Documentation :** Capable of maintaining documentation and knowledge bases for support processes and technical solutions.

**Team Collaboration :** Work effectively in a 24x7 support model and be a strong team player, contributing to cross-functional team initiatives.

**Domain Knowledge :** Familiarity with commodities domain knowledge is a plus.
