We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Application Support Associate to manage the application process end-to-end across official cruise line portals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit client applications accurately across various cruise line platforms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise line eligibility requirements, processes, and document checklists.
  • Organise and upload necessary documentation for each applicant.
  • Track progress of submitted applications and coordinate timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth process flow and status updates.
  • Maintain records and generate weekly reports for management review.
