Visa Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Visa Associate to handle the end-to-end visa application process for Russia and CIS destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and updated information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for Russia and CIS destinations.
• Assist clients in filling out visa forms, compiling documents, and submitting applications to embassies/consulates.
• Verify client-provided documents meet specific requirements of each country's visa process.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers to ensure timely application processing.
• Keep clients updated on the status of their visa applications and address any issues or queries promptly.
• Stay updated on changes in visa rules, policies, and requirements for Russia and CIS destinations.
• Handle escalations or urgent requests related to visa applications efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of visa applications and statuses and report to the management team regularly.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in handling visa applications or in a similar role in the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of visa processes for Russia and CIS destinations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
