Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Migration Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in streamlining the migration of data from legacy platforms to modern systems.

Your technical expertise and knowledge of AI coding assistants will enable you to design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Migration Design: Develop efficient data migration processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to ensure high-quality data transfer.
  • ETL/ELT Process Development: Create and maintain ETL/ELT processes to transform large datasets, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
  • Recruitment CRM Expertise: Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs, encompassing people, projects, and companies, to drive informed decision-making.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end process, including injecting new data into production environments and supporting customer success.
  • Data Handling Processes: Establish clear procedures for data handling and document end-to-end pipeline management.
Requirements
  • Data Migration Experience: Proven experience with data migrations, including transforming data to onboard customers into software solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, cursor, and core stack technologies.
  • Independent Work Style: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and a preference for asynchronous working styles.
