Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage comprehensive data migration initiatives across various versions and platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing legacy systems, formulating effective migration strategies, maintaining data integrity, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless business continuity.

  • Lead Data Migration Initiatives: You will assess legacy systems, develop and implement efficient migration strategies, ensure data accuracy and integrity, optimize system performance, and guarantee uninterrupted business operations.
  • Design and Implement ETL Workflows: You will design, develop, and implement large-scale datasets, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes using tools such as PLMXML, TCXML, ITK, SOA, Java, and Python.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and key business stakeholders to gather and interpret migration requirements, ensure successful project outcomes, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Leverage Tools and Technologies: You will utilize industry-leading tools and technologies, such as Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA), PLMXML, and TCXML formats, ITK, SOA, Java, and/or Python scripting, to automate and streamline migration activities.
  • Perform Pre- and Post-Migration Testing: You will handle error resolution, implement performance tuning measures, and create detailed documentation covering migration methodologies, best practices, and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Hands-on Experience: Over 3+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM data migration projects is essential.
  • Strong Expertise: Strong expertise in Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA), PLMXML and TCXML formats, ITK, SOA, Java, and/or Python scripting for migration automation, data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation techniques is necessary.
