Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end SAP data migration projects using Syniti toolset. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ETL processes, SQL, data cleansing, and transformation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage data migration activities for SAP projects.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze data migration requirements and create migration strategy.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading (ETL) activities.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage mapping rules, validation scripts, and error resolution processes.
  • Provide cutover and post-migration support, ensuring smooth transition to SAP systems.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards on migration progress and quality metrics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise with Syniti tool for SAP data migration.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, data cleansing, and transformation techniques.
  • Experience in migration of master data, transactional data, and configuration data.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex migration issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global teams.
