Solar Power Plant Design Manager

As a Solar Power Plant Design Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and designers to create and implement solar projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire design process for solar PV power plants.
- Develop and review design plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international codes and standards.
- Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to define project requirements.
- Present design solutions and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest innovations and technology trends in solar PV design.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analysis.
- Implement best practices and industry advancements.
A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering is required. Minimum 10 years' experience in solar PV design and project management of single plants of 100 MWp and higher is necessary. Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, and Helioscope is expected.
