Job Title: Cost Accounting Manager

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 3-8 years

Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement cost accounting strategies to optimize business performance.
  • Lead a team of accountants to analyze and manage product and part costing, variance analysis, balance sheet, profit & loss, cost audit, cost management, and cost record maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of success in cost accounting and leadership roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
