About K9 Vitality, a fast-growing D2C pet wellness brand in India, is seeking an experienced retention marketing expert to drive customer loyalty and growth.
- Develop a comprehensive retention strategy to boost repeat purchases and shorten reorder cycles across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications.
- Design customer journeys that foster habit formation and increase LTV through effective copywriting and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in retention marketing for D2C e-commerce and possess expertise in Klaviyo, QuickReply, and equivalent platforms. They should be proficient in ChatGPT prompting and automation workflows, with a solid understanding of LTV, cash flow, churn reduction, and customer loyalty models. A strong grasp of analytics and data-driven decision making is also essential.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven success in scaling Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notification channels.
- Strong copywriting skills (ability to write own campaigns, not just brief them).
- Ability to create content assets yourself (bonus, but not required).
- Must be a dog parent.
