Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic professional to join our Brand Marketing team as a Digital Brand Marketing Strategist - Content Leader. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our brand strategy to ensure consistent, impactful, and engaging communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
    • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business goals.
    • Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all touchpoints, online and offline.
  • Market & Consumer Insights:
    • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities for the brand and its products.
    • Understand category requirements and collaborate closely with the product/category team to drive market share and product growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align brand initiatives.
    • Guide creative teams to craft engaging content for internal and external communications.
  • Campaigns & Promotions:
    • Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
    • Plan and manage events, launches, and strategic marketing efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring & Budgeting:
    • Track brand performance through key metrics and adapt strategies as needed.
    • Manage the brand budget to optimize marketing spend efficiently.
