Job Title: Marine Systems Engineer

We are seeking experienced professionals to develop cutting-edge marine systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ship stability and strength analysis, with a focus on integrating their expertise into our project to enhance maritime safety and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement computational models for stability and strength analysis.
  • To perform ship stability and longitudinal strength analysis and validate the models.
  • Excellent problem-solving and algorithmic thinking skills.
  • To develop hydrostatic solvers using Python/C/C++.
  • To assist software developers in problems related to ship stability and strength analysis.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in marine engineering.
  • Familiarity with statutory and classification rules related to stability and strength analysis of ships.
  • Strong knowledge in any 3D CAD software.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. Tech or BE) in Marine Engineering or related field.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in 3D modelling software (Rhino or Blender or similar).
  • Master's degree (MTech or ME) in Marine Engineering is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Python is beneficial.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions to complex design and operational challenges.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements, modern technologies, or unexpected challenges.
