Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Naval Architects to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. Candidate should have a solid understanding of ship stability and strength analysis with a focus on integrating their expertise into our project, enhancing maritime safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop computational models for stability and strength analysis.
  • Perform ship stability and longitudinal strength analysis and validate models.
  • Excellent problem-solving and algorithmic thinking skills.
  • Develop hydrostatic solvers using Python/C/C++.
  • Assist software developers in problems related to ship stability and strength analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Naval architecture
  • Should be familiar with statutory and classification rules related to stability and strength analysis of ships.
  • Should have strong knowledge in any 3D CAD software
  • Bachelor's degree (B. Tech or BE) in Naval Architecture or related field.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in 3D modelling software (Rhino or Blender or similar) is an added advantage
  • Master's degree (MTech or ME) in Naval Architecture is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
