The role of a Procurement and Supplier Development Specialist is to ensure effective supplier management for West Asia, focusing on delivering high-quality results within set timelines.
Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with the West Asia Supplier Relationship Manager to achieve organizational objectives.
This role also involves supporting the Sourcing & Procurement department's continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data and proposing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams, is essential for effective data management and collaboration.
Experience in Sourcing and Procurement function, specifically in supplier onboarding and vendor management, is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
