Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for procuring goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and developing strong relationships with suppliers.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement needs, develop sourcing strategies, and implement procurement plans.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure goods and services from suppliers in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a high level of service and quality
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement needs
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage procurement plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
