We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
    • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    • Performance Optimization: Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
    • Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
