Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the servicing of orders for regional sales teams, ensuring timely issue resolution within a defined customer service framework.

  • Own and manage order fulfillment processes to meet defined customer expectations.
  • Analyze demand trends, prioritize orders and customers based on established parameters.
  • Validate demand against available POs, LCs, regulatory clearances, artwork details, SKU codes, IL checks, Mfg License Checks, Min Shelf-Life requirements, pre-shipment documents submission to customers & timelines, regulatory confirmations, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Monitor order status in our systems and gather information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules.
  • Highlight potential issues that may affect defined timelines and proactively mitigate risks/delays to avoid demurrage/penalties on shipments.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for regions and drive all documentation related to shipments with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive shipment planning with logistics teams and collaborate to resolve bottlenecks related to priority orders to ensure OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) is met.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for implementing IT & Automation in Order Management processes to improve Supply Chain visibility.
  • Drive the implementation and rollout cycle for all IT & technology automations within SCM jointly with IT.

 

Requirements:
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI).
  • Good understanding with experience of supply chain essential, preferably pharma.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • SAP knowledge essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Decision making, ability to prioritize on a dynamic basis.
  • Negotiation skills/conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and work around constraints.
  • Plant PPIC concepts clarity, prior experience essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
