About this Role

  • Our team is looking for a skilled professional to drive the adoption and maturity of DevOps SRE culture, enabling the transition to modern infrastructure management and delivery practices.
  • We need someone who can lead and troubleshoot high-priority incidents impacting our organization, providing support to quickly resolve critical incidents.
  • The ideal candidate will identify application patterns and analytics to support better service level objectives, integrating self-healing and resiliency patterns.
  • This role involves managing a backlog to focus on optimizing existing solutions, ensuring non-functional requirements perform to agreed standards under edge conditions.
  • Championing Chaos Engineering and SRE approaches across strategic systems is key, predicting and preventing disruptive events, and improving solution availability.
  • Designing and enabling automated change, release, and upgrade management practices across existing solutions and systems is essential.
  • Proactive sharing of technology risks with business partners, partnering with other teams to ensure continuous improvement of IT services, is a must.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Service reliability Engineering.
  • Strong experience in technologies like Wireshark, Fiddler trace.
  • Solid experience in Oracle database, networking, troubleshooting, scripting, Java, JVM, and web performance.
