As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless pre-payroll activities and managing expenses with precision and efficiency.About the RoleYour primary responsibilities will include assessing timesheets and expenses, conducting thorough reviews, and collaborating closely with sales/contractors for corrections and approvals from clients and payroll teams.Key Tasks:
  • Review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists.
  • Verify expense sheets and receipts to ensure final amounts are accurate.
  • Communicate directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
  • Analyse data to prepare in-depth overviews of payroll-related queries.
  • Process emails received in shared inboxes in line with deadlines and urgency levels, responding within 24 hours.
  • Save expense sheets and receipts as per filing conventions required by payroll teams and seek approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Work according to payroll schedules to ensure no delays in payments.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by managers.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve the efficiency of timesheet and expense review processes.
