Manufacturing Technology Lead

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technology Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives and leading transformative manufacturing technology projects.

About the Role:

  • Leverage expertise in SCADA systems and MES applications to design configuration and deployment of Ignition solutions across manufacturing operations.
  • Architect and implement real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems, leveraging technologies such as REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA.
  • Develop and maintain secure and efficient data exchange mechanisms to support high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation, including scripting module configuration and project deployment.
    • Strong background in MES functions, production tracking, OEE, downtime analysis, traceability, SPC, etc.
    • Proficiency with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
    • Hands-on experience with OT/IT integration technologies, including REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing standards, including ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443.
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Experience in working on large-scale digital transformation/Industry 4.0 projects.
    • Certifications in Ignition Gold Certified Specialist, OPC UA, or relevant industrial IT/OT certifications.
