Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Project Delivery Expert with extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations to spearhead delivery excellence, presales engagements, and solution design.

The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge in one or more core process areas, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), along with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale programs in the manufacturing industry.

Prior experience in Big 4 consulting is preferred, especially in India delivery projects. Additionally, knowledge of South Indian languages to support local client engagements is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
  • Drive solution design and architecture tailored to client's business needs, with a focus on manufacturing industry environments.
  • Provide deep functional expertise in one or more process areas (O2C, R2R, P2P).
  • Support presales initiatives, including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S/4HANA programs.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, with emphasis on manufacturing.
  • Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay.
  • Demonstrated presales capabilities: solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with strong client-facing presence.
